1 Year Blogiversary!

Uncategorized

Well, WordPress just hit me with a wave of nostalgia today because..It is my 1 year blogiversary!!! I seriously cannot believe how quickly time has passed since the beginnings of making this blog sprouted from a discussion with Alicia @ Kernels and Nonsense over on Tumblr. I’m not even exaggerating when I say this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in 2015 because I get to talk with so many awesome, amazing book bloggers and I feel like you have filled in the empty hole inside of me that always needs to fangirl about books.

I hope in my 2nd year of blogging, I’ll continue to make new friends and continue to produce content that I love because seriously, this past year has been rough for me and this blog has been one of the few constants in my life and writing blog posts and taking pictures and making banners for this blog has been so therapeutic and calming for me. It’s turned into one of the things that I’m so passionate about.

What I’m also grateful for is to every single one of you (my followers). I cannot tell you how many times your likes and comments have made me happy and excited about books and just life in general. You’ve offered more than just a shoulder to fangirl with and share opinions with but a haven for support and I love that about this community. Thank you!

  2. Carolyn, you are one of my very favorite book bloggers, and I’m so glad you’re here!!! Seriously, only a year? I started blogging a couple of months after you and, when I ran across your blog, I figured you were a seasoned pro for sure. I’m super sorry to hear you’ve had a rough year, but I’m glad blogging made things a little brighter.
